Monica Zea has been a part of the CfOE team since 2021 as a Junior Researcher whose work focuses primarily on survey design, assisting with research, analyzing and summarizing data, supporting report writing and providing administrative project support.  She has a BA from Brescia University College, Western University, with a Specialization in Sociology and a Major in Criminal Justice. With her degree, she has been able to develop various skills such as qualitative and quantitative analyses, and data collection and interpretation. Monica loves learning in general, however, her passion is rooted deeply in exploring and studying social interaction, social change, and social inequality.

In her spare time, she loves to read, travel the world, and create art pieces. She also enjoys spending time with her little family of four – her wonderful partner, Danny, her retired service dog, Trails, and her other puppy, Monkey.
